Tuesday Treats!

If you're craving warm chocolate and a decadent dish that takes less than 10 minutes to make, this is it!!

Quick Chocolate Soufflé

Ingredients

*4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

*4 tablespoons sugar

*3 tablespoons hazelnut spread (like Nutella)

*3 tablespoons milk (1%-2% or whole)

*3 tablespoons vegetable oil

*2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

*1 egg

*1 teaspoon baking powder

*Chocolate syrup (I prefer Hershey's) and whipped cream for topping

Add all the ingredients together (except for the chocolate syrup and whipped cream) into a mixing bowl and mix well.

Divide the mixture between 3-4 ramekins. Do not fill them more than half way because they will rise.....

Place them one at a time in a microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes. You may need to insert a toothpick to make sure they are cooked completely. If your microwave is higher than 700 Watts, then decrease the cooking time and check after every 1 minute on high.

Top with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and whipped cream.

Voila!

Xoxo -Lisa.
