In April of 2014 my mom and I took the girls to Puerto Rico for the first time over spring break. We stayed at a resort my parents had discovered many years prior, and I had stayed there on my honeymoon as well. It is a beautiful place, and we had a wonderful trip. The weather was perfect, and we enjoyed all the resort had to offer as well as a day touring Old San Juan. These photos bring back amazing memories. We had such a good time that we returned three years later. Our second trip was also over spring break. We stayed at the same resort and spent a day in Old San Juan again, but we also visited the El Yunque (the rain forest), went horseback riding on the beach and did a sunset sail. My mom is Puerto Rican, so this is a special place for her, and has become a special place for all of us to go together. Hoping we can go again once the world gets back to normal!🤞🏻
