Tuesday Treats
Here is a quick protein-punched, all-natural smoothie, for those mornings when you don't have time to sit and have a meal.... or the kids are whining they don't want to eat.... Whip this up and serve!
Ingredients
* 1 Medium-sized banana
*3/4 cup of milk (we use 1% organic or almond milk)
*1 heaping tablespoon of almond butter (for added protein and texture)
Blend the above ingredients in a blender and pour!
Toppings per your preference.

The above smoothie is 12 ounces in size and is approximately 290 calories made with 1% milk (230 calories with almond milk) and 10 grams of protein made with 1% milk (5 grams of protein with almond milk)
