We all love music in my family, and there is nothing better than live music.  Concerts are so much fun. Both of my daughters have favorite artists, and we were able to see them in concert several times.  These were all amazing experiences. I too have a favorite band which will be a good topic for another day, but suffice it to say many would refer to me as a groupie😉.

One Direction was my older daughter's favorite band and we were able to see them in concert 5 times. What an amazing show every time! We were all sad when they separated but have also been enjoying some of their solo careers. Here are pictures from a concert we saw in San Diego. We had great seats and the girls were even sprayed with water by the one and only Harry Styles (one of his signature moves when he had a water bottle in his hand).

My younger daughter is a huge Ed Sheeran fan. We were able to see him several times as well. He also puts on an incredible show. We were lucky enough to go to back to back shows when he played two nights in Philly a few years ago. For many of these concerts the girls had seats separate from me and my mom so they could enjoy the show their way without mom and nana right there. However, mom and nana also enjoyed both Ed Sheeran and One Direction a lot, so we were excited to be at these concerts too!

These two Ed Sheeran shows were particularly special because James Blunt opened, and my mom is a big fan. We were actually able to meet him on the second night which was very cool!

Here's hoping we will be able to get back to events like these before too long, I can tell you this family is definitely missing live music and can't wait for the chance to go to concert again!
